A 5 course meal inspired by Vanier's Garden

Many among us eat products that come from other countries and don't think about supporting our local ingredients. This 5 course menu will be based on Quebec ingredients and I'll be using as many vegetables, fruits as I can that grow in the Vanier garden. I will also use proteins that come from local farms and mushrooms that grow all over Quebec. I will also show how almost every food scraps like carrot peels and vegetables stems can be used in order to create tasteful flavors.
