Have you ever wondered what it is like to be vegan? We chose one day to replace our usual meals with vegan alternatives. We cooked our own meals but if we were to eat out, we found vegan alternatives to our usual orders. Being on a vegan diet can have possible side effects such as fatigue, or feeling of weakness when your body is not used to it yet. We will let you know how we felt and if we enjoyed our experience as being vegan for one day. Although eating vegan for one day does not give us the full experience, it does show us how our body can react and what we should do to adjust the diet to our personal needs.
