In this article, I examine the reasons why the people who are most likely to be affected by Police brutality are minorities and what strategies have to take place in order to change this. There is a reason why does police brutality happen most of the time to minorities. Statistics prove that it is due to the high rate of crimes committed by minorities in different countries which led to a bad relationship between police officers and minorities. I argue that this an issue that has to stop by stating why it is not right and multiples examples of minorities who have faced police brutalities such as Sandra Bland, Philando Castile, Alton Sterling, Majliza Philip and the brother of the rapper MHD. I conclude by talking about two academics studies such as criminology and social sciences and explain the importance of these studies in order to understand even more the issue but most importantly to find a solution.

Very interesting Kessy! I really find your topic interesting as it is an on going problem in society, and enjoy how you included MHD the french rapper in your project. Great work

I think this would be a very interesting article to read because you address the real reasons of why there is so much police brutality. Also, I like the fact that you incorporated the aspects of the relationship between minority groups and police officers because there is much discrimination and abuse of power when it comes to this relation. Finally, I like that you argue that this issue should be resolved and that the discipline of criminology and social science can be effective in reducing the amount of police brutality in the world.
