The Virtual Nutrition Clinic sounds like an amazing project. I think it's great that you are doing such forward thinking and unique work.

It is an awesome course. took some time to plan out, but it makes our program stick out from all others out there. Thank you Raul.

Wowee !! I don't know when you sleep, you do so many different things!! As for all the topics, I agree with Raul, the Virtual Clinic sounds amazing. Your topics are pretty specific, I hope that you can use that expansive elastic way of thinking to find a flexible solution for your collaboration. I am glad you listed all the realms of interest. Hopefully, we will find you a match. Say hi to your COIL Coordinators at Nassau, Cara and Deb Spiro! Best, Hope

......and you know what they say, "when you want something done, give the task to the busiest person".

Sounds interesting. The virtual nutrition clinic sounds cool. My daughter is a registered dietician at Rutgers University. She would probably love to chat.

Steven, I think you are too energetic to be lecturing so much in different universities. You will stay young and keep up the good work
