I am not sure I would require everyone of these but give the students the options to choose say 4 or 5 out of these. So many options allow students to reveal something about themselves just by the choices they make to start.

Replying to Margaret DeGaetano

The questions are really good to have an imaginary picture of who is the other person. The question I like most is sharing of your home because that is where the first lessons start.

I agree with Margaret. These are all wonderful questions and/or prompts, and they would, indeed, reveal a lot about each person, but requiring all of them might be a little overwhelming. At the very least, I would make the tours optional. But the prompts themselves are really good and I think it would lead to a lot of interesting discussion and some surprising points of similarities for the students. Love it!
