The presentation analyzed "The Mouse's Petition" by Anna Laetitia Barbauld. The main theme conveyed throughout this presentation was how science violates the rights of animals, as well as their freedom for human purposes. The presenters spoke clearly and loudly enough to hear which made their presentation easy to follow. I also liked how they included pictures on their slides helping me understand the information given on another level. An argument that stood out to me was how the mouse begging for its freedom while being trapped showed just how much it deserved to be treated with respect…
