The first main idea is the joining of forces between the European states and Christian churches. This unity had the goal of global expansion, and that Europeans dominate the economy. They planned on doing this by taking over all the lands they discovered which then led to the birth of residential schools because of the Aboriginal people that were preventing them from conquering their lands. Therefore, they created a plan that would get rid of the Aboriginal people.
