This past weekend I competed in a Model United Nations Committee simulating the 139th International Olympic Committee (IOC) session. This specific session focused on the topic of the rights of transgender athletes. As a result, in the first part of the committee members discussed the rights of transgender and gender non-conforming athletes in regard to the IOC and to any other organizations.
