A year's experience in Model UN at Champlain

Upon joining Champlain's Model UN team in January 2022, I expected the requirements to be rigid, demanding that we learn legislations put in place and apply them correctly. While there were certainly rules we needed to abide by, I discovered a side to politics that wasn't so concrete in nature: human relations.
