3. An educator holds an integral role in helping to shape how a child views themselves, their family unit and the world, they are extremely perceptive, as they observe the educator as well. As an educator I will try to celebrate the differences among all of us. In the dramatic play areas, i will plan roles,dramas and will display videos, photographs of people from around the world.I will try to make partnership with diverse families to share and learn more about cross cultures.
