a) As in the starting of the movie her father thought that jasmine is not capable to rule the kingdom because she is a girl but at last part of the movie we can relate that her father approved her to be next sultan of the kingdom because of her bravery as she fought with jaffer in order to save the kingdom. And she also get the chance to change the rule and she can marry aladdin who is street thief and the rule was changed that prince can only marry the princess.
