There's no rule that blatantly says "this group my not vote", so why are people claiming that their right to vote is being attacked? Well it's not complicated, certain states that usually vote in a certain way are enacting new restrictions that don't directly target groups like Native Americans, but are doing the greatest amount of damage to them. These restrictions don't improve the voting rights in the least, they're meant to make it harder for people with technicality issues.
