Being an Exec in Born This Way

I got involved in the executive team of the club Born This Way Society of Champlain on my first semester at Champlain. I started as an assistant for the first year, and stayed an assistant (of activities) for the first semester of my second year, although at that point I was doing anything an exec was doing, just without the official title as we already had the maximum of 6 execs and couldn't add more. I officially became an exec this semester although that made no difference to what I was already doing (exec of activities).
