In this article of the Montreal Gazette published on the 27th of October 2019, Victor Schukov writes about Breed Specific Legislation (BSL), who are laws that prohibit people to own certain breeds of dogs like Pit Bulls, German Shepherds or even Labrador Retrievers. He speaks about the BSL in Dorval and says that he is completely for that law.
