In our class discussion, we have a conversation with our instructor, William Paulon. This image illustrates the communication, which is an important factor in building healthy relationship with parents and working in collaboration with them, as discussed in class. Communication can be built by creating a welcoming environment for parents. For instance, inviting parents to participate in activities or celebrating the festivals. Moreover, keeping up-to date with their child’s achievement and appreciating it helps to build trust with parents that their child is in safe hands.
