The topic “Building Partnerships with Families” is very relevant to our classroom discussion about “Understanding the Family”. Early childhood education is a family with childrens, parents, educators, caregivers and community. We worked as a unit. It is very much needed to build partnerships with families to understand the family. Learning is reached when families are involved and children are more likely to succeed when parents participation is involved.
