As discussed in class, it is important to infer partnership with families because they are experts in child’s life. If ECE has any difficulty of dealing with child, she should talk talk to child’s parents to solve the problem. For example- if child cries in first few days or week, teacher should talk to parents so that they can help educator by allowing child to carry his favourite toys which can help teacher to deal with the child so that she can build trust with child.
