Building a positive relationship with the families is one of the most important things while working with children. Parents and caregivers can be a great help in getting to know about the children and when the educators are trusted and respected by the families, the children feel safe and confident around them. And for children a secure and warm environment is must because they will be with us for almost whole day and they will nurture and develop when they feel loved.
