Mankind has not seen a catastrophe of this grade since the 14th century when The Black death plagued the Western World and yet despite all the advancements we have had ever since then, we are still unable to deal with or contain the spread of contagion or misinformation that surrounds it, much like 700 years ago. It seems very apparent for misinformation to spread like wildfires in times such as these, especially when dealing with something that the modern world has not yet faced or witnessed such as the current Covid-19 pandemic.
