This video taught me a lot as what are the reasons for the crisis such as doing multiple tasks at a time can cause crisis. Issues such as situational issue fr example time pressure, complex patient issues or human factor issues distraction, stress, less knowledge about equipment so has how to use it. I also learned about aviation and aerospace. we should know our environment the hazards and how to handle the situation during the crisis and stop it from occurring in future. Call for help and do not hesitate. Communicate as much as you can to stop the crisis.
