While reading my chapter I began a reflexion upon the society in which we live in. For instance, this society is greatly materialistic, which in my opinion is very discouraging. I feel like people are constantly buying more and more, and most of the time they don't need any of those things. I came to think of how our world would be if we all decided to live simpler lives, with less material things, which is the whole concept and idea of the chapter that I've read.
