Day five of my reading and I think I have learned a lot reading this passage for a week. I enjoyed the ideas it brought to me and how it made me see a different perspective on some things. This passage demonstrates that we as human beings need to slow down and smell the rose, literally. We are so caught up in our own heads that we never take a step back enjoy life. We have these labels that are stuck to us and people walk around with them everywhere they go. “Another problem with language – the labels people attach to themselves (wise, righteous, benevolent, etc.)
