So today I realized something, my neighbors had a lot of bags that they were holding and I decided to go help them bring it to their front door. But, I was thinking about it, what is the reason that I am doing this? I felt that I was doing it because it's morally right to do so. But I feel what my chapter is trying to tell me is to not do it because it's the right thing to do. It should be something you do because of the goodness of your own heart. I shouldn't think of it as my duty to do these polite things. I should try to do it, because of the goodness of my heart.
