As of yet, I haven't really been able to connect to the "wisdom" within the Daodejing. Much of what it contains seems to be counter productive, unrealistic and against many of my core values. My chapter seems to b alright though. I take it to mean that you should make up your own opinions through personal experiences, and after uncovering the surface, not just basing everything off of what you initially see or hear, or what has been told to you from other people.
