During the reading of the chapter for the second time, I noticed a possible message that could be undertood in different ways. "Those who offer up precious jades and present fine steeds are not as good as those who stay in their seats and promote this Way". The quote made me think that people nowadays try to buy their reputation or personnality with things such as "jades" but the ones that work harder are the real ones who deserve the prices and compliments, not the people who buy their way into somenthing.
