I do once again still believe that it is all about a leader being the image of his country and reflecting the knowledge of its citizens trough his own. It then means that to access the best way of ruling you have to put your own aside to let your people direct the way and therefore merging all his people into one. For me this means that people chose what happens and feel as though their country is really theirs and can be in a peaceful setting that they appreciate.
