In this chapter, I think the author was trying to teach to people how to be less self-centered. It talks about “The Way of Heaven” and how it takes from people who have more and give it to those in needs. It makes a comparison to “The Way of human”, by basically saying that it does the complete opposite. It takes from those in needs and gives to those with already enough. Towards the end, they also talk about the sages and how they give without expecting something in rewards, not even recondition.
