Today, I re read the chapter a couple of times to try to get a other interpretation. It made me think of how you can formulate phrases two ways : either start the the positive note or start with the negative note. In this chapter, two phrases are repeated but formulated differently. This makes sure that the one who reads can get the perspective from two views. It sort of affirms the statement twice.
