Communication is of the most importance in any field but especially healthcare. Treatments, instructions and history taking everything during the treatment of a patient relies on communication between the patient and the health provider. A good and effective communication leads to better treatment and enhance patient’s comfort to get the treatment. This results in reducing unnecessary medical errors and improve the quality of treatment.
