Through this video i understood the meaning of crisis resource management. It can be defined as the ways to deal or the skill of teamwork with a difficult situation can be handled. Skills required to learn are good communication, leadership quality, delegation of tasks, avoidance of preoccupation. the problems which occur are poor teamwork, poor conversation which makes the situation impossible to deal and ultimately loss.
