In this video I learned about why crisis is occurred such lack of communication, lack of teamwork, poor leadership. Many hazard such as equipment hazard, human resource , poor human performance and situational hazard. Human performance means even they have cognitive ability but still they prefer blame policy, without taking efforts to overcome crisis. People must follow the CRM( Crew resource management), in which they can learn about the skills such as communication, leadership, delegation of tasks, monitoring and cross checking. Moreover, promote safety by practicing in real life situations.
