After reading a third time the chapter 80, I am now sure that it is about the way we should act in our live. Because Laozi explains how the people of a kingdom should act. He never says to who he is talking to so it could be just a list of act to follow to live a life following the way and its power (the Daodejing). But the beginning confuses me because I don’t know if the part where it is written: “Reduce the size of the state, Lessen the population …” does it talks about the entourage of a person or do the state and the population represents or mind and its ideas.
