In the summer of 2024, I had the privilege of spending a full day at l’Assemblée Générale in Paris and another at the European Parliament in Strasbourg. These experiences offered me a front-row seat to the inner workings of two vital democratic institutions and significantly shaped my understanding and appreciation of democracy.
