A site named "World news daily" posted a scary story on february first, 2018. A man who was apart of the GreenPeace activist tried to hug a shark while being in the water and got his arm bitten off (World news daily, 2018). After research, Dan Evon made a post on "Snopes" to expose the misinformation that was shared earlier. The picture that they used to represent the victim was in reality a picture of a young man who got into an alligator attack in 2012 (Evon, 2018). Also, this site is known for creating fake stories and mixing up the truth, nothing that they post can be trust.
