In September 2019, swedish scientist Magnus Söderlund created a huge controverse at the Summit for Food of the Future in Stockholm. After an interview on a swedish television channel, medias from all around the world interpreted his speech as an invitation to consume human meat to reduce the effects of climate change (MacGuill, 2019).
