During this second ILead seminar, I had the chance to hear Sheila Dunwoodie, a pedagogical consultant in this field. The main purpose of the seminar was to learn how to transfer our leadership in the digital world. Indeed, as this sphere grows and takes more place in everybody’s life, it is even more important now than ever to be ale to navigate it. A subpart of the seminar was also dedicated to the impact of the arrival of technology in 2010. That is what caught my attention: how changed is the population in this post-smartphone era.
