Dawson College has been very present in partaking in the cause of climate change and promoting sustainability. Their campus is a result of the collaboration between humans with the sole goal of improving our environment. They have diverse areas dedicated to different projects and three of these projects should be implemented at Champlain to encourage sustainable living: the Monarch Nursery project, the bee colonies, as well as the Rooftop Garden.
