Do the Right Thing!

In the 1989 film “Do the Right Thing”, one is introduced to the reality of Black communities during the 1970’s - 1980’s. Through the presence of pop culture in the characters' daily life in the movie, as well as pop music played in the background, this film was largely awarded because of its cultural and historical significance.
