This group activity teaches me that effective communication is a key for successful group work and i also learnt about how to do brain storming and collect or share ideas and information within team members. From article i have learnt that how effective communication help physician and healthcare team members to improve patients satisfaction and healthcare delivery. However, it also teaches me that ineffective communication and lack of communication skills halt the group work. At last i can say that i have learnt that how important the communication is in all aspect of life.
