Dawson College has become a leader in sustainability initiatives, ultimately protecting biodiversity, reducing waste, energy use and emissions, and creating conditions where humans and nature coexist in harmony. Personally, I would love for Champlain to inspire itself from Dawson, particularly from Dawson’s rooftop habitat restoration project, meditation and realization initiative, and monarch butterfly nursery project, to implement these measures.
