At the garden tour, the first thing that caught my attention and found interesting was the overall "Permaculture food forest". Humans have been growing and managing forests for several years for food and medicine. A forest is the most stable ecosystem on earth and I believe it is great of Vanier College having a mini forest on their campus. My grandpa used to have a small garden in his backyard, I remember I had given him seeds for a cherry tree that I got from my elementary school.
