Banksy’s artwork is among the most well-known, powerful, and controversial contemporary art. His work is perfect to investigate societal issues through. A piece of his that stuck out to me is HAPPY CHOPPERS, 2003; it is a scene of American Apache helicopters in a bright blue sky with fluffy clouds. The leading helicopter is adorned with a light pink bow.
