Family doctor

I decided to do my final project about the difficult access to a family doctor in Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean, but also in Quebec. The accessibility to medical services, but more specifically to a family doctor is really problematic because the process of getting a new doctor can be extremely long (it can takes a few years) and it's also out of control of the population (so many people have to pay for private services to be cured).
