The ECO 220 virtual exchange between AUIS and the University of Texas at San Antonio was a learning experience that taught me much about communication and cultural understanding. I did not know much about life in Texas before this exchange, so talking with students at UTSA helped me see how some of the economic ideas we are studying can play out differently in another place. The exchange had three rounds, and in each round, something new was learned. Overall, our conversations felt friendly, and I became more confident sharing my thoughts and asking questions.
