Volunteering at the Bellagio retirement home for over 300 hours has been a meaningful and eye-opening experience. My main role was to prepare and maintain the garden while also helping the elders manage their own small plots. What started as a simple idea, creating a nice garden, turned into something much bigger for both the elders and me.
