Life on land is a Sustainable development goal (SDG) that aim to “Protect and restore terrestrial ecosystems” as well as “halt and reverse land degradation and stop biodiversity loss” (United Nations (UN) 2022). Biodiversity loss is primarily caused by deforestation and destruction of grasslands (Chetan-Welsh, H. Date unknown (DU)). Climate change is the second biggest (Chetan-Welsh, H. DU). This is exactly what I am studying in Environmental protection. The goal is divided on 12 targets (1 to 15, A, B and C) (The global goals DU).
