God’s reaction to Adam and Eve eating from the Tree of Knowledge felt excessive. He was overly angry and banished them to Earth. I feel that God’s reaction was unwarranted when we consider everything. He did not explain to Adam and Eve the consequences of eating from the Tree other than telling them that they would die, which was a lie. I think that Adam and Eve should have been the ones angry at God for He lied to them. He did not want them to become knowledgeable which is what led Him to become as angry as He had been.
