The man was charged in New Mexico with "abusive sexual contact" after he allegedly touched the breasts of the passenger sitting in front of him. The woman was helped by aircraft staff to find a different seat and the man was arrested on arrival in Albuquerque. A conviction of abusive sexual contact would carry a maximum penalty of two years in prison and a fine of $250,000 (£193,000). The accused will remain in custody pending a preliminary hearing
