The theme of my photo essay is growth, more specifically growth in the garden. A garden would be incomplete without continuous growth and seasonal changes allowing sustainability and again, further growth. A growing garden is important as it has been shown that gardening has significant health benefits, including the production of organic foods which allows the reduction of pesticide exposure.
