Haitians immigrants in Canada

Ever since the earthquake that shook Haiti in 2010 over 50,000 Haitians migrated to the US under the Temporary Protected Status (TPS). But the policy was set to expire on January 2018 and the US government was not planning on renewing it, forcing all Haitians without residency to seek asylum somewhere else. CBC has also reported that the Department of Homeland Security confirms that Haiti is now a safe place to move into. But the Haitians all want a promising future just like the rest of us and Canada is a great place to start.
